If you get enough sleep, sleep. If possible, do not sleep with the alarm. Allow your body to wake up naturally when you get enough sleep. 8 hours is usually average but it varies from person to person. For me, 1 needs 9 hours of sleep to feel good rest. And probably try not to sleep during the day. Because people become lazy when they sleep during the day.

Before going to a practical gym for newcomers, remember that the most important thing is confidence. Whether you lift 100 pounds or 1 pound, you shouldn’t be proud of showing off to others in the gym! Don’t be afraid to ask for help from others.
